One thing many ask: is the final cumulative? And I always have to answer: well, immunology is cumulative, you know? You can't know about immunopathology if you've forgotten what a T cell or an antibody is. So, the questions will come almost entirely from the learning objectives since the midterm; but they will assume, of course, prior knowledge of the basic principles.
